The following summarizes the responsibilities of <br />this team: <br />1. Review of annual Network Capacity Study against Clinical Management Plan to identify services for which <br />new or additional providers are needed <br />2. Develop Network Development Plan to address system service needs and how the provider network <br />needs to be configured in order to meet these needs (such as Crisis Continuum, Substance Abuse <br />continuum, Child Service Continuum). <br />3. Develop priorities for service development based on #1 and # 2. <br />4. Based on priorities set in the Care Management and Network Development Plans, the Housing <br />Subcommittee will plan for development of residential service options. <br />5. Develop plans for new or expansion of services, i.e. specific services and best practice models (such as <br />MST, Home Builders, etc) <br />6. Determine the need for RFI's/RFP's for new or additional service providers <br />7. Determine provider education and training needs <br />8. Determine and oversee development of the Provider Manual <br />9. Implement Training Survey <br />10. Conduct ad hoc provider trainings and meetings to resolve problems and address questions; maintain <br />global training calendar. <br />li. Review information and recommendations from Care Management Team on utilization; determine <br />relationship to Network provider capacity and performance; provider training and education needs. <br />12. Review Provider performance data and monitoring reports. (provider demographics, geographic <br />availability of services, etc ) <br />13. Review summary report of provider grievances (by type, provider, service, etc) <br />PBH Provider Network Council: <br />This committee is focused on the needs of Network Providers. Members include LME staff, providers and <br />consumers/family members; stakeholders in the provider network system that meet together for the purposes of <br />G - ~I 27 <br />
