PBH local Business Plan 2007 <br />Customer Service/Consumer Affairs <br />Resource Allocation <br />Budgets and staffing for the Offices of Consumer Affairs and Community Relations are delineated below. The <br />Quality Management Department is represented in Section 6 of this document. <br />Office of Consumer Affairs: <br />Director <br />Consumer Affairs Coordinator <br />Budget: $178,817. This budget includes funds for the Person Centered Planning Conference, expenses for the <br />CFAC (to be separated next fiscal year), scholarship fund for consumers, and Client Rights Committee expenses. <br />Community Relations Department: <br />1 Director <br />5 Coordinators including: Housing Specialist, Latino Outreach Coordinator, Child MH Expertise, <br />Cultural Com eten Coordinator Consumer S ecialist DD focused s cialist <br />3 Geriatric S ecial Team <br />2 Administrative Su ort staff <br />1 Public Information S ecialist <br />Budget: $978,370. This budget includes funds for the Cultural Competency Conference as well as consultation in <br />the areas of Cultural Competency. The budget also includes funds for advertising: PBH includes announcements <br />about its Access and Emergency System in various newspapers and publications across the area.
