(b) Permit Modification (1) Modifications of permits shall be subject to the same procedural requirements as the issuance of permits except as listed below. ~'ellewsAnv chanees or new conditions in the roermit shall include a reasonable time schedule for compliance. (A+) changes in the ownership of the dischazge when no other change in the permit is indicated; (B+i) a single modification of any compliance schedule not in excess of four months; ar~ (C~+i) modification of compliance schedules (construction schedules) in permits for new sowces where the new source will not begin to discharge until control facilities aze operational; (D) modifications ofthe monitorine proa~am comained in the nermit; (E) to incorporate any new or revised Federal. State or local pretreatrnent standards or reauirements; (Fl to address sienificant alterations or additio~s to the user's operation, processes, or wastewater volume or character since the time of wastewater discharee nermit issuance: (G) a chanee in the POTW that requues either a temporarv or uermanent reduction or e]imination ofthe authorized dischazee; (H) information indicatine that the permitted dischar¢e noses a threat to the POTW, the POTW personnel, or the receivin wg aters: Q) violation of anv terms or conditions of the wastewater dischar~e permit; ~ misrepresentations or failure to fu]lv disclose all relevant facts in the wastewater dischazge permit aaalication or in any required reporting; (K) revision or a qrant of variance from cateeorical pretreatment standards pursuant to 40 CFR 403.13• (Ll to correct tmoeraphical or other emors in the wastewater dischaz¢e uermit: or (Ml to reflect a transfer of the facilitv ownership or oaeration to a new owner or operator. (2) Within nine (9) months of the promulgation of a Nationa] categorical pretreatment standard, the wastewater discharge permit of users subject to such standards shall be revised to require compliance with such standazd within the time frame prescdbed by such standazd. Where a user, subject to a National categorical pretreatment standazd, has not previously submitted an application for a wastewater discharge permit or does not currentlv have an SIU permit, as required by section 4.2 (b), the user shall apply ' within 180 days after the promulgation of the such standazd.
