<br />THIS DEED made this 24t° day of May 2007, by WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
<br />Trustee under the will of W. W. Ftowe, ("Grantor"), to CABARRUS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
<br />State of North Carolina, ("Grantee"), whose address is P.O.Box 707, Concord, North Cazolina 28026-0707.
<br />The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs, successors, and assigns, atld
<br />shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter, as required by context.
<br />WITNESSETH:-
<br />A. Grantor is the Trustee under the will of W. W. Flowe, which is filed in Will Book 8, page 248 in the
<br />office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Cabamts County, North Carolina.
<br />B. Under the terms of said will, Mary Lore Flowe Brown, daughter of W. W. Flowe, was granted a
<br />general, testamentary power of appointment over the property in the Trust. Mary Lore Flowe Brown, a resident of
<br />Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, died testate on Mazch 14, 2007. By her will, which is on file in Mecklenburg
<br />County under File No. 07 E and in Cabamis County under File No. 07 E , Mary bore Flowe
<br />Brown exercised said power of appointment and appointed the real property hereinafter described to Cabarrus
<br />County subject to and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor, acting as Trustee as aforesaid, pursuant to the power of appointment
<br />under the will of W. W. Flowe as exercised by Mary Lore Flowe Brown under her will, and in consideration of the
<br />premises, has bargained and sold, and by these presents does bazgain, sell, and convey unto the Grantee in fee
<br />simple, all that certain lot or pazcel of latid situated in the City of Concord, No. 11 Township, Cabarrus County,
<br />North Carolina, and more particulazly described as follows:
