CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 8/20/07 <br />Agenda Item # F _ (~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Parks & Recreation Department -Budget Amendment (Bleachers & Scoreboards for the <br />Gymnasiums at Furr and Boger Elementary Schools - $17,000) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />In 2006, the Board approved funds to provide enlargement and wooden floor modifications <br />to the gymnasiums at Furr and Boger Elementary Schools. To further enhance community <br />utilization, bleachers and scoreboards are requested for both schools at a total cost of <br />$17,000.
