The design of the buildings and related strnctures shall, to the extent possible, use materials, colors, textures, screening, and landscaping that will blend them into the natural setting and sursounding buildings located adjacent to the tower or antenna site. 3. If an antenna is installed on a stmcture other than a tower, the antenna and supporting electrical and mechanical equipment must be of a neutral color that is identical to, or closely compatible with, the color of the supporting structure. This is in order to make the antenna, and related equipment, as visually unobtrusive as possible. 4. LIGHTS. No tower or antenna shall have affixed or attached to it in any way except Burin of repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers, day-time strobes or steady night time ' t or o illumination devices, except as required by the FAA, FCC, or the Town . Failure to bring towers and antennas into complianc s ised standazds and regulations shall constitute grounds for the removal of the tower or a athe owner's expense. 6. SIGNS. Signs on a tower, or on any portion of the premises leased for wireless communication use, shall be limited to those needed to identify the property and the owner and to warn of any danger. Signs which advertise for commercial purposes are prohibited. All signs shall comply with the requvements of the Sign Regulations of this Ordinance. Section VI PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. 1.
