The design of the buildings and related strnctures shall, to the extent possible, use materials, colors, <br />textures, screening, and landscaping that will blend them into the natural setting and sursounding buildings <br />located adjacent to the tower or antenna site. <br />3. If an antenna is installed on a stmcture other than a tower, the antenna and supporting electrical and <br />mechanical equipment must be of a neutral color that is identical to, or closely compatible with, the color of <br />the supporting structure. This is in order to make the antenna, and related equipment, as visually <br />unobtrusive as possible. <br />4. LIGHTS. No tower or antenna shall have affixed or attached to it in any way except Burin of <br />repair or installation, any lights, reflectors, flashers, day-time strobes or steady night time ' t or o <br />illumination devices, except as required by the FAA, FCC, or the Town . This restricts t li hts <br />shall not apply to towers which have been combined with light standards for illuminatton o eld, <br />parking lots, playgrounds, or other similar public uses. If lighting is required, the s es and <br />design shall be designed to create the minimum practicable penetration as de t oundazies of <br />the Lot or Parcel. <br />5. STATE OR FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. All towers and antennas m eet or exceed current <br />standards and regulations of the FAA, the FCC, and any other state or federa ernment agency with the <br />authority to regulate towers and antennas. If such standaz d regulations a changed, then the owners <br />of the towers and antennas governed by this chapter shall br' ch towers and antennas into compliance <br />with the revised standards and regulations within six (6) m the effective date of such standazds and <br />regulations, unless a different compliance schedule is man d by controlling state or federal agency. <br />Failure to bring towers and antennas into complianc s ised standazds and regulations shall <br />constitute grounds for the removal of the tower or a athe owner's expense. <br />6. BUILDING CODES; SAFETY STANDA ensure the structural integrity of towers and <br />antennas, the owners of such facilities shall e e th they aze maintained in compliance applicable with <br />standards contained in the State Build' <br />7. ESSEN SERVICES. Wveless telecommunications towers and antennas shall be regulated and <br />permitted p rsuant to this chapter and shall not be regulated or permitted as essential services, public <br />utilities, or private utilities. <br />9. SIGNS. Signs on a tower, or on any portion of the premises leased for wireless communication use, <br />shall be limited to those needed to identify the property and the owner and to warn of any danger. Signs <br />which advertise for commercial purposes are prohibited. All signs shall comply with the requvements of <br />the Sign Regulations of this Ordinance. <br />Section VI PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. <br />1.
