Zoning Clearance permit has been issued pursuant to this Ordinance. <br />2. A Stealth Antennae which does not exceed sixty-five (65) feet in height is permitted as of right and does <br />not require a conditional use permit <br />3. In addition to procedures; standards and criteria set forth in this Ordinance, conditional use permits for <br />towers and antennas shall be issued in accordance with the following provisions: <br />A. Towers or antennas sixty-five (65) feet or more from the average ground level shall require a <br />conditional use permit. This applies to mounted antennas, referring to the total height from the <br />base of the. building or other shvcture to the top of the antenna. <br />B. Any information of an engineering nature that the applicant submits, whether <br />or electrical, shall be certified by a professional engineer licensed in the State of <br />4. INFORMATION REQUIRED. In addition to any other information <br />applications for conditional use permits for towers shall include the fol <br />A.
