CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 9/17/07 <br />Agenda Item # ~- 5 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Proposal to Designate the Frank Liske Park Soccer Complex as a "Youth Only Complex" <br />Until 2012 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Frank Liske Soccer Complex Operating Committee recommends designating the <br />Soccer Complex as a "youth only complex " (18 years old and under) until 2012 to allow <br />the turf to establish itself after the renovation of all 11 soccer fields. All three of the <br />Complex Partners (Football Club Carolina Alliance, City of Concord, and Cabarrus County <br />Parks) are in agreement with this proposal.
