CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 9/77/07 Agenda Item # '~ Co <br />SUBJECT: <br />Approval of Contract with ADW Architects, Inc. for a Facility & Space Needs Study <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />This contract with ADW Architects, Inc. will provide the County with a facility assessment of <br />seven county buildings and a space needs plan for most departments/functional areas. <br />After the original estimate came in at over $499,000, the scope of work and number of <br />buildings to be reviewed have been reduced and the total fee, including reimbursable <br />expenses is not to exceed $200,000.
