W~J
Re: Extension of Lease at 1305 S. Cannon Blvd.
First and foremost I want to thank you for the positive relationship Cabarrus County
Government has had with our company over the past four years. We really would not
have been successful without the space leased, custodial services and assistance from
your county departments. We also appreciate the lead time given us to vacate our current
lease at 1305 S. Cannon Blvd., Kannapolis. The seazch for a new space has been
challenging due our size, location and fiscal pazameters. We have been successful during
the past few weeks in locating several possible options for relocating. At this point our
best option is a track of land on Executive Park owned by Ike's Construction of
Kannapolis. Ike's Construction has agreed to build a facility that meets all of our needs
for a price that fits within our budget. L1 order for us to take advantage of this
opportunity we would need to have our date for our lease to expire pushed back to April
1, 2008. We are formally requesting this to be considered. Thank you very much for
your consideration.
Enriching Life , Enhancing Lives .
