arrears to the County on or before the 15a` day of October, January, April and July of each respective year. In any year during the term of this Agreement, if it should appear that the annual compensation is insufficient for the operation of the Program, then the County may request additional funding from the Schools, subject to the approval of the Board of Education and the Board of County Commissioners. Additional funds maybe requested for operational costs throughout the budget process. County Responsibilities uali The County will continue the Program in a manner meeting or exceeding the quality of the administration of the Program during the previous years of administration. 2. Finances. The County will assume all fmancial responsibilities for the Program, subject to the limitations enumerated in Item 2 ofthe Schools Obligations section above, and will supply the Schools with a current financial statement of the Program upon request. 3. General Responsibilities. The County will continue to be responsible for overall organization of the Program during the term of this Agreement. 4. Cooperation. The parties will maintain an open line of communication regarding the program and agree that any complications which arise will be addressed in writing to the other party's representative at the address provided herein. Miscellaneous Termination Without Cause. Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon six (6) months prior written notice to the other party. 2. Annual Program Review. The parties agree to review this Agreement by the tenth day of June of each calendar year and cooperate in making any necessary adjustments. 3. Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing and signed by both parties.
