CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 10/15/07 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Pendleton Subdivision <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Agenda Item # -10 <br />The Pendleton subdivision was approved by the Concord Planning and Zoning Board on <br />May 15, 2007. The project consists of 88 single family residential lots and 90 multi-family <br />townhome units on +/-80.3 acres located on Crestmont Drive.
