CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 10/15/07 <br />Agenda Item # G - Ii <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement -Crescent Circle at Concord Mills Multi-Family Apartment Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Crescent Circle at Concord Mills Multi-Family Apartment project was approved by the <br />Concord Planning and Zoning Board on January 17, 2007. The project consists of 624 <br />multi-family apartment units on +/-108.0693 acres located on Thunder Road.
