This association currently utilizes the four youth athletic <br />fields at Odell Elementary School, as well as the temporary fields at Harris Road Middle <br />School for games and< practices. After January, 2008 the current Odell School site will not <br />be available. Staff from the county, school district, and youth leagues have been working <br />together to develop a plan. Attached is a proposal on available land at Cox Mill School <br />site for these replacement facilities. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion If the Board approves the agenda Item as presented) <br /> <br />Approve funds ($2.643.032) for replacement of Odell School Youth Athletic facilities (six <br />athletic fields, concession/restroom facility. roadway/parking lots. and sidewalk system) to <br />Cox Mill School/Park site.
