The Board will vote then on one ofthe following options: <br /> <br />1. Move forward with the plan for the Sheriffs Office and Detention Center as <br />it exists to'iiay, <br />2. Request that the Concord Planning and Zoning Commission table <br />consideration of the county's conditional use permit application to construct a <br />detention center while further study is pursued. <br />3. Adopt the committee's proposal for modifications to the Sheriffs Office and <br />Detention Center and withdraw the conditional use application currently on <br />file with t~e Concord Planning and Zoning Commission. A new conditional <br />use applicdtion would be filed as soon as the project is redesigned. <br /> <br />Please select a representative from your organization to participate in this effort and <br />indicate his or her availability for the following dates: <br /> <br />1.
