<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Agenda Item # l}-~ <br /> <br />Meeting Date 2120/06 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Text Amendment C2006-01(ZT)Side Yard Setbacks in Conventional Subdivisions in the <br />CR-Countryside Residential zoning district. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />This text amendment would change the required side yard setback in Conventional <br />Subdivisions in the CR district from 20 feet (single) and 40 feet (total) to 10 feet (single) <br />and 40 feet (total) in Chapter 5 of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance.
