<br />TASK 6 - MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Under this task CDM provided the following miscellaneous services: <br />. Meeting with Cabarrus County Director of Solid Waste on January 25, 2006 to discuss <br />details of upcoming C&D Landfill expansion project & closure of existing C&D LF <br />. Preparation of budget numbers and tasks for FY 2007 <br />. Supplemental Permit to Construct Application - Respond to NCDENR comments <br />. Supplemental Erosion Control Plan preparation - Respond to NCDENR comments <br />. Supplemental CADD services <br /> <br />2. The responsibility of OWNER as described in Section 4 of said Agreement are amended <br />and supplemented as follows: <br /> <br />. Provide access to groundwater monitoring well and piezometer locations. Piezometer <br />abandonment shall be completed prior to any construction activities. <br />. Seed and mulch any disturbed areas in accordance with the Erosion Control Plan during <br />construction and at completion of the project. <br />. Review project deliverables in a timely manner. <br /> <br />3. The time period for the performance of ENGINEER's services as set forth in Section 4 of <br />said Agreement are amended as follows: <br /> <br />. Tasks 1 and 3 will be completed within 30 days of receiving authorization to proceed. <br />. Task 2 will be completed during Phase I Construction. <br /> <br />4.
