After <br />listening to the petitioner and several citizen comments during the public hearing, the Planning <br />and Zoning Bo.ard acted to deny the petition. The vote was unanimous. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Per Cabarrus Co~nty Zo.ning Ordinance Section 13-12, Step 5. the petitioner is appealing the <br />decision of the PI,nning and Zoning Board to the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />The petilio.n has been amended to. remo.ve the GI (General Industrial) component that was part <br />of the original rezoning request.
