<br />Cabarrus County <br />Law Enforcement Center <br />August 26, 2004 <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br />Interior Design <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consultant will be provided directions by County Purchasing on standard <br />procedure. <br /> <br />The Consultant will provide a list of all new Items that will coordinate with the tag <br />symbols on the furniture space place. <br /> <br />The Consultant will prepare drawings indicating the location of each furniture <br />item and identifying items to be relocated from other spaces. <br /> <br />The Consultant will coordinate with the architect on the electrical, security, and <br />voice/data needs. We will also coordinate with them on any high-density filing <br />areas and other special building needs. <br /> <br />The Consultant will answer questions about the furniture from the dealerships. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. Installation Coordination <br /> <br />. The Consultant will communicate with the County and the Architect for <br />construction schedule information to coordinate installation. <br /> <br />. The Consultant will coordinate the delivery and installation of new product in the <br />building. <br /> <br />. The Consultant will prepare a punch list of items to be corrected. A Final Punch <br />list inspection will be conducted to confirm that all items have been addressed. <br /> <br />. The Consultant will assist the County with any questions that might arise with <br />furniture invoices. <br /> <br />.
