<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 6/19/06 <br /> <br />Agenda Item # F - I <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Selection Contractor for the Administration of the 2006-2007 HOME Grant <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Staff issued an RFP for Administrative Services for the 2006-2007 HOME Program grant <br />on April 12, 2006. The RFP was posted on the website and mailed directly to three <br />agencies. It was sent to the Centralina Council of Governments, Stark Associates, and <br />CMR Services. CMR did not respond and Centralina responded with a letter stating it <br />would not be submitting a proposal this time. Stark Associates proposes a fee of $19,006 <br />to administer the program. This fee will be reimbursed completely by the grant. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggeated motion "the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Select Stark Associates for administration of 2006-2007 HOME Program Grant.
