Quay, Jr., ends on June 30, 2006. Mr. Quay is <br />completing his third consecutive 3-year term or 9 years as the ET J member. The Board <br />acknowledged an exception to the Appointment Policy in 2003 when appointing Mr. Quay <br />to his third term. The Harrisburg Planning and Zoning Board has requested that the Board <br />make an exception to the County's Appointment Policy and reappoint Mr. Quay for a fourth <br />term of three years. (See attached memorandum) <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Consider an exception to the County's Appointment Policy and reappoint Lloyd L.
