<br /> <br />May 15, 2006 <br /> <br />Susie Zakraisek, AICP, Planning & Zoning Manager <br />Cabarrus County Planning Services <br /> <br />Dear Susie: <br /> <br />I would like to request that you place the following item on the June 19,2006 agenda of <br />the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners meeting. We wish to recommend the <br />reappointment of Lloyd Quay as the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Representative to the <br />Town of Harrisburg Planning & Zoning Board. We realize that as of June, 2003, Lloyd <br />had served two terms in that capacity. At that time we requested an exception to the two <br />term limit set by the County, noting that his reappointment would not be inconsistent <br />with the Town of Harrisburg's Planning & Zoning Board's policy which has no term <br />limits. Lloyd Quay is a valued Planning & Zoning Board member who is respected as a <br />dedicated public servant. He carries out his duties with fairness, informed insights, and an <br />unusual sense of commitment.
