Scott <br />Vice President <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />Mr. Scott was named Senior Vice President upon the merger of Senior <br />Municipal Advisors Incorporated and Springsted Incorporated in <br />2000. He serves as a client representative on the finn's Management <br />Services Team. <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Mr. Scott was a co.founder of Municipal Advisors Incorporated (MAl) <br />and served as a principal of the finn. As part of the leadership team he <br />directed and participated in human resource classification and pay <br />studies, executive searches, and organizational and management studies. <br />His education and experience provide clients with a broad understanding <br />of operation, management and personnel challenges. He also developed Springsted' s <br />Systematic Analysis and Factor Evaluation (SAFE~ position evaluation <br />and ranking system. <br /> <br />Mr. Scott has an extensive background of municipal administration <br />experiences spanning 40 years of public management and municipal <br />consulting services.
