CONNEXTIONS <br />o . <br />00' <br /> <br />Real-time Reporting <br /> <br /> <br />Connextions is deeply committed to providing our clients with <br />real-time access to critical business information. We have <br />developed a multi-tiered reporting approach designed to provide <br />various layers of information and analytical support. <br /> <br />Connextions' real-time reporting site provides our clients' <br />management with all inventory, fulfillment, contact center and <br />financial activity in real-time. We currently have more than 50 <br />standard reports available online. Additionally, custom reports <br />can be developed to provide more detailed business intelligence. <br />These reports, querying and integrating information from <br />multiple systems (ACD, fulfillment, supply chain, Web store), <br />can be developed to provide a single "dashboard-like" executive <br />summary of all Connextions' functions as well as detailed <br />marketing, catalog square inch, customer satisfaction, and <br />inventory intelligence. Reports are formatted in Crystal Reports <br />for easy downloading into Excel or Access. Our clients also <br />have the ability to define levels of aCcess within their <br />organizations, deciding which team members have access to <br />which reports. <br /> <br />Additional system and analytical reports are also produced and delivered including: <br /> <br />. Daily Report Runner: Report Runner is triggered by Connextions' Aspect Contact Server, transmitting all contact center <br />transactional and service level information as a single daily packet via emaiL <br /> <br />. DailylWeekIy KPI Reports: Program Managers provide clients with high-level key performance indicator and executive <br />summary reporting to highlight "hot" issues and service level performance. These concise reports give clients a quick <br />snapshot of the current tasks at hand and allow both the client and the Senior Program manager to proactively change <br />priorities to meet business needs. Reports are sent daily or weekly depending on the client program. <br /> <br />. Budgeting and forecasting analysis: Given our deep understanding of our clients' business, many clients use Connextions <br />to help determine budgets and volume forecasts. Clients provide us with top line revenue goals. Based upon this and other <br />historical data, Connextions creates a regression analysis to forecast the order volume required to meet these goals, as well as <br />the transactional costs associated with orders. New programs and initiatives are factored in and a final budget document is <br />submitted for approvaL <br /> <br />. Promotional and marketing analysis: Consistent with our consultative, <br />proactive approach, Connextions' Program Management team regularly <br />provides marketing and promotional analysis designed to help our clients <br />increase revenue opportunities. As an example, for Mercedes-Benz, we <br />perform a quarterly analysis to identify slow moving inventory. Based <br />upon this analysis, Connextions works with Mercedes to develop <br />promotional campaigns and offers them to Mercedes dealers. <br />Connextions' analysis and promotional programs reduced potentially <br />"dead" inventory from storage and generated in excess of $250,000 in <br />additional sales. <br /> <br /> <br />-13 - <br />
