<br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br /> <br />Meeting Date 8/21/06 <br /> <br />Agenda Item # E - -3 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement for the Bridge Pointe Phase 6 subdivision project. <br /> <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Bridge Pointe Phase 6 subdivision was approved by the Town of Harrisburg Planning <br />and Zoning Board on May 16th, 2006. The project consists of 45 single family residential <br />units on 33+/- acres located on Robinson Church Rd. A consent agreement to address <br />school APFO requirements is now required for the project to proceed. <br /> <br />The Board deferred this item at its meeting on July 10 and asked staff to work with the <br />developer on an altemate phasing schedule. <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda Item as pteaented) <br />Consider approval of the attached consent agreement and authorize the County Manager <br />to execute the agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County.
