Watts/Planner <br />Revised Phasing Schedules for Tabled Consent Agreements <br /> <br />Subject: <br />Date: <br /> <br />8/16/2006 <br /> <br />Roberta Meadows- 33 Total Lots- At the July 21" BOC meeting, the developer proposed 16 lots <br />platted in 2006 and 17 lots platted in 2007. <br /> <br />The developer has revised those phasing numbers for the August 21" BOC meeting to 4 lots platted <br />in 2006, 20 lots platted in 2007 and 9 lots platted in 2008. This revised phasing schedule would <br />extend the build out of the Roberta Meadows subdivision from 2 years to 3 years. <br /> <br />Fullerton Place- 201 Total Lots- At the July 21" BOC meeting, the developer proposed 70 lots <br />platted in 2007, 70 lots platted in 2008 and 61 lots platted in 2009. <br /> <br />The developer has revised those phasing numbers for the August 21" BOC meeting to 50 lots platted <br />in 2007, 76 lots platted in 2008 and 75 lots platted in 2009. <br /> <br />Bridge Pointe Phase 6- 45 Total Lots- At the July 21" BOC meeting, the developer proposed 15 <br />lots platted in 2006 and 17 lots platted in 2007. <br /> <br />The developer has revised those phasing numbers for the August 21" BOC meeting to 45 lots platted <br />in 2007, reducing the build out of the Bridge Pointe Phase 6 subdivision from 2 years to 1 year but <br />not allowing the developer to final plat any lots in 2006. <br /> <br />Quail Haven- 551 Total Lots- At the July 21" BOC meeting, the developer proposed 112 lots <br />platted in 2007, 112 lots platted in 2008, 112 lots platted in 2009, 112 lots platted in 2010 and 115 <br />lots platted in 2011. <br /> <br />The developer has revised those phasing numbers for the August 21" BOC meeting to 51 lots platted <br />in 2007, 100 lots platted in 2008, 100 lots platted in 2009, 100 lots platted in 2010, 100 lots platted in <br />2011 and 100 lots platted in 2012. This revised phasing schedule would extend the build out of the <br />Quail Haven subdivision from 5 years to 6 years. <br /> <br />The Subdivision Lot Inventory updated through August 2006 reflects the newly proposed phasing <br />schedules outlined above. <br /> <br />E-3 <br />
