Little, Director Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department Subject: Athletic Lighting Projects Bid at Frank Liske Park and Cox Mill School Park , On Friday, August 4, 2006, four bids were received and opened for athletic lighting projects for replacement lights at Frank Liske Park's softball complex and new athletic lights at Cox Mill School Park complex. The overall low bidder is S & S Electrical Construction Company, Inc. at $670,700. The approved Frank Liske Park project budget is $213,300 and the low bid is $192,400.00. This money is in General Services Administration budget.
