Price does not include soil poisoning. <br />3. Handrail pockets to be cored by others. <br />4. No waterproofing under or along the sides of the spread footings. <br />5. The top of wall elevation for the north end of section 6-S3.5 is 690.00 and the top of wall elevation at the <br />southern end (section 7-S3.5) is 679.00.
