This year, the State increased the funds for opp <br />more than four thousand dollars. A line item budget modification was submitted and <br />approved to reflect the increase in funds. The contract for services was amended to <br />reflect the increase in funds as well as the change from a satellite treatment center to a <br />resource center. The additional funds have allowed us to offer more services to the <br />clients thereby reclassifying the program to a resource center. Please be aware of the <br />following amendments to the contract for services: <br /> <br />1. Page 2, Section B- Phase I and Phase II now include a 1.5 hour weekly <br />session of Cognitive Behavior Intervention (CBI) <br />2. Page 3, Section P- Previously known as Cognitive Restructuring Education is <br />now Cognitive Behavior Intervention (CBI) with a minimum of 14 weeks at <br />group for 1.5 hours each session. These sessions are taught by certified <br />CBI instructors. <br />3. Page 4, Sections Rand 2- Added as the program will now include <br />vocational rehabilitation services as well as GED assistance and testing <br />coordination. <br />4. Page 4, Section B-The payment of services billing hours were modified to <br />compute the new budge of $124,449. <br /> <br />Other than the above noted changes, the contract remains unchanged. <br /> <br />Probation.
