I bave also attacbed a <br />Budget Amendment Request form tbat includes tbe necessary revisions tbat will allow us to <br />utilize tbese grant funds. This request represents a $13,713 increase in funding for our <br />Caregiver Support program. <br /> <br />Please approve this contract and Budget Amendment as presented. Tbese funds will anow <br />our staff to espand services to tbe older adults of Cabarrus County and tbeir caregiven. <br /> <br />Tbank you for your time and consideration.
