<br />OCT 162000 <br />Rowan-Cabarrus Community College <br /> <br />M E M 0 RAN 0 U M <br /> <br />October 12, 2006 <br /> <br />Bob, <br /> <br />I've tried multiple times to reach you over the past week, but you've been <br />very busy and we have not had the opportunity to talk. This memo and <br />attachment are provided, in lieu of the conversation I had wanted to have <br />with you, as a reminder of an important unresolved funding need. <br /> <br />When I spoke to the commission last spring, I provided information on an <br />expansion project at Cloverleaf Plaza for RCCC's cosmetology program, <br />and Dr. Brownell followed up with a memo to you, other commissioners, <br />and John Day (see attached).
