<br />DELlVERABLES <br /> <br />The Leak-Goforth team will submit the following work products to the County: <br /> <br />A. Working Papers <br /> <br />Working papers will be prepared and submitted as interim reports in hard copy and <br />electronic form for key elements of the study, including: <br /> <br />Community and Economic Assessment <br /> <br />Target Business and Industry Assessment and Strategy <br /> <br />Land Use and Site Location Analysis and Strategy <br /> <br />Marketing and Organizational Assessments and Strategies <br /> <br />B. Comprehensive Economic Development Plan <br /> <br />All findings and recommendations will be compiled and presented as a Comprehensive <br />Economic Development Plan for the County and will be submitted as follows: <br /> <br />A draft report will be submitted to the County and Advisory Committee for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />A final report will be submitted following review of the draft and incorporation of <br />comments from the County and Advisory Committee. Printed and electronic copies <br />of the Plan will be submitted. <br /> <br />An Executive Summary of the Comprehensive Economic Development Plan will be <br />submitted in PowerPoint format in hard copy and electronic form. <br /> <br />C. Presentations <br /> <br />Presentations to and discussions with County representatives, Advisory Committee, and <br />other stakeholders, as appropriate, will be made for all working papers, as well as draft and <br />final versions of the Comprehensive Economic Development Plan. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />7 <br />;)J <br />
