<br />COMPLETION SCHEDULE <br /> <br />Project reports and presentations will be submitted and made by the Leak-Goforth team generally as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Community and Economic Assessment Interim Report -- 4 months <br /> <br />Target Business and Ihdustry Analysis and Strategy -- 5 months <br /> <br />Land Use and Site Location Analysis and Strategy -- 6 months <br /> <br />Market and Organizational Analyses and Strategies -- 7 months <br /> <br />Draft Comprehensive Economic Development Plan -- 8 months <br /> <br />Final Comprehensive Economic Development Plan -- 9 months <br /> <br />COMPENSA TION FOR SERVICES <br /> <br />The Leak-Goforth team agrees to provide the services and end products described above for a total <br />cost of $170,000. Invoices will be submitted monthly in amounts based on percentage of <br />completion, and will be supported by written progress reports and/or interim work products.
