McAbee, Registrar <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />BACK FILE CONVERSION SERVICE PROJECT <br />BY LOGAN SYSTEMS, INC. <br /> <br />This back file conversion service project has been in the planning stages for <br />two years. This project. will be funded from the Register of Deeds <br />Automation, Enhancement and Preservation Fund passed by the General <br />Assembly in 2001. (G.S. 161-11.3) No additional fundsrequested. <br /> <br />This project will be completed within one year.
