The property contains approximately 2.00 acres <br />fronting on Dale Earnhardt Boulevard, and is the remainder of: the former Charles B. Aycock <br />Elementary School. As required by G.S. 9 115C-518, Cabarrus County is to be given the first <br />opportunity to purchase the property. <br /> <br />I would appreciate your confirming in writing whether or not Cabarrus County is <br />interested in purchasing the property. If not, the Board of Education intends to dispose of the <br />property under the upset bid procedure of G.S. 9 160A-269.
