This letter also confirms our intent to allocate <br />capacity contingent upon fioaI plan appI"oval and execution of the memoraudum of understanding <br />between the developer and the City ofKannapolis. <br /> <br />This initial confirmation is based on the iofunnation you have provided us during the review of <br />your development. formal allocation of the capacity cannot be provided until construction plans <br />have bc:cn submitted and approved by NCDENR and WSACC. <br /> <br />It will be the developer's responsibility to design and construct water and sanitaty sewer lines <br />from the existing City facilities to the proposed development, along with any intemalllnes needed <br />fur the development.
