On April 29, 1994 a fuel tank was removed from this site <br />and in 2004 I received notice from NCDENR requiring the submission of a Phase I Limited Site <br />Assessment. On August 31, 2004 the Phase I Assessment was performed and sent to NCDENR as required. <br />On April 22, 2005 a memo from NCDENR was received requiring a Phase II Assessment to be performed. <br /> <br />I am requesting funds to cover this Phase II Limited Site Assessment to be performed by a Licensed <br />Geologist or Professional Engineer as required by NCDENR. I have one quote for less than $20,000.00 and <br />am working to get additional quotes.
