<br />ro~ ~M.O 'I, 1Do~ <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY TEMPORARY JAIL FACILITY <br /> <br />SECTION 00100 - INVITATION TO BID <br /> <br />Sealed proposals will be received by Sherri Barnhardt, Purchasing Agent, this May 11, 2005, in the Commissioners <br />Chambers, 65 Church Street SE, Concord, NC, for furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for "Cabarrus <br />County Temporary Jail Facility" in accordance with the documents prepared by Ware Bonsall Architects, Inc. <br /> <br />The basis of award will be a single General Contract. <br /> <br />Bids for Single Prime Contracts will be received on or before 2:00 PM and will be publicly opened and read. <br /> <br />A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00 PM in the Commissioners Chambers at the <br />Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, Concord, NC.
