<br />Minutes from February 17, 2005 <br /> <br />,14 <br /> <br />The Chair said he see a number of documents that are not in this packet <br />inciuding a wetlands permit. He asked is this going to be an after document and <br />if so, why it is not noted. <br /> <br />Mr. Lentz said we would have to ask Dennis Testerman. He said there is not a <br />wetland permit that you need to apply for ahead of your preliminary permit. <br />That is part of your construction documents that you file with the Corp of <br />Engineer if you disturb a wetland area. <br /> <br />Ms. Slivensky asked if there is a follow up environmental letter from Thomas <br />Smith where he talked about that. <br /> <br />Ms. Goodson said it is not very typically for an erosion plan to be submitted at <br />this time. But, before he goes out and starts doing things he will be getting with <br />Mr. Smith and he will be go'ing out and visiting the site to make sure he is not in <br />violation of anything. <br /> <br />Mr. Moose asked if the developers have met all of the City of Concord standards. <br /> <br />Ms. Goodson said yes they have met the City of Concord standards. <br /> <br />Mr. Calvin Kiser, Developer addressed the Board stating this subdivision is going <br />to be designed according to the UDO standards for the City of Concord. <br /> <br />There being no further comments Mr. Lancaster MOTIONED to approve Petition <br />C05-07(S) with the conditions that: 1) The developer enters into a consent <br />agreement with the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners to meet the <br />Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance requirements for school facilities. 2) The . <br />developer complies with all NCDOT comments in order to receive their final <br />driveway permits, seconded by Mr. Starnes. The vote was unanimous. <br />Petition C05-07(S) Approved <br /> <br />The Chair said he have a memo here to table Petition C05-01(R) and Petition <br />C05-05(5) until the March meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore MOTIONED to table Petition C05-01(R) and Petition C05-05(5) until <br />the March meeting, seconded by Mr. Griffin.
