<br />.15 <br /> <br />This was a request tol the Cabarrus County Planning and Zoning Commission <br />from Donaid Misenheir!ner to have his property located at 369 N.e. Highway <br />24/27 East rezoned from Limited Industrial - Special Use to Generai Industrial - <br />Special Use. The purpose is to build a concrete plant to supplement the <br />petitioner's personal bu~inesses. <br />I <br />! <br />The Chair swore in Mr. Donald Misenheimer, Mr. W.e. Isenhour, Mr. Larry <br />Williams, Mr. Chris Hunter, Ms. Kassie Goodson and Mr. Rodger Lentz. <br /> <br />Ms. Kassie Goodson, Planner addressed the Board presenting Petition COS-02(R <br />CU) and staff report st(atingif granted; this application would limit the uses on <br />the property to those ~numerated in this application. The developer would also <br />be held to the sUbmittEl.dC site plan, which would go through further more intense <br />review once the application is approved. The zoning enforcement officer who <br />will be checking for compliance on the site will work with the developer to make <br />. sure the site plan subrrjitted with this application is developed accordingly. Staff <br />recommends that Pe~ition COS-02(R CU) be approved with the following <br />conditions: 1) Must cOmply with submitted site plan. 2) Must comply with list of <br />approved uses. She s~id also Mr. Misenheimer indicated on his application that <br />any other specific request he is open to discussion as far as what he has <br />restricted himself to. <br /> <br />The Chair said to Kassie since this is contiguous to the City of Midland did she <br />mention this to any of ~he officials. <br /> <br />Ms. Goodson said no. i <br />I <br />Mr. Donald Misenheim~r, Applicant addressed the Board stating he would be <br />more than happy to an~wer any questions the Board may have. <br /> <br />i <br />The Chair said under ~he conditional uses he has a landfill demolition of more <br />than one .acre. He ask~d Mr. Misenheimer would he be willing to scratch that off <br />of his list. He said his original <br />intent is to put the Pla~it in to do work fo.r him and to build a.n industrial park for <br />small independent peo. Ie. Mr. Misenheimer said he is a general contractor and <br />he only work for himse f. He said he wanted to build these buildings as to where <br /> <br />G.5 <br />
