Due <br />to a ,delay inp~an approval-and additional NCDOT requirements, the estimated <br />cost for this iproject has increaaed' from $700,000.00 to $826,000.00. <br />Christenbury Fa~B is willing to provide funding for the remaining cost <br />provided there ~s an, agreement with the Board that ,any ,amount of funds <br />provided shall be credited' as a contribution to address school adequacy when <br />the property i. developed.
