<br />(b) Stadiums, playgrounds, athletic and recreational fields - This service shall include but not be
<br />limited to, playground equipment affixed to school grounds and maintenance and repair of tennis
<br />courts, basketball courts, tracks, scoreboards, maintaining and repairing athletic equipment used on the
<br />grounds (whether permanent or removable), and all buildings, grounds and facilities affiliated with any
<br />athletic program, including without limitation, restrooms, press boxes and bleachers or risers, whether
<br />permanent or moveable.

<br />(c) Building Exteriors - This service shall include but not be limited to, painting, siding, roofing,
<br />leaks, windows, storage facilities, decking, ramps, steps, locks, doors, walls, fences, benches,
<br />brickwork, steps, skylights, mullions, louvers, culverts, gutters, sidewalks, parking lots, roads,
<br />sandblasting, pressure washing.

<br />(d) Building Interiors - This service shall include but not be limited to, floors, walls, ceilings,
<br />ceiling tiles, glass, doors, door stops, door frames, thresholds, risers, steps, wood trim, ceramic tile,
<br />gym floors, partitions, cabinets, lockers, tiling, mirrors, windows, screens, carpet, white boards, chalk
<br />boards, bulletin boards, railings, bleachers, risers, seats, decks, chairs, casters, any athletic equipment,
<br />including without limitation indoor basketball goals, swimming pools, caulking, plaster, blinds, tables,
<br />shelves, carts, TV mounts, signs, hinges.

<br />(e) Electrical - This service shall include but not be limited to the following examples (whether
<br />indoor or outside), lighting, dishwashers, switches, ovens, stoves, drinking fountains, garbage
<br />disposals, heaters, boilers, slicers, fans, ballasts, exhaust fans, receptacles, washers, dryers (clothes or
<br />hand), mixers, shop equipment, relays, switchs, breakers, ice machines, refrigerators, booster breakers,
<br />breakers, power strips, walk-in coolers.
<br />
<br />(f) Plumbing - This service shall include but not be limited to, sinks, toilets, urinals, drains, flush
<br />valves, drinking fountains, floor drains, cove base, pipes, filters, pumps, waterlines, sewer lines,
<br />faucets, showers, tubs, water coolers, water heaters.
<br />
<br />(g) HV AC - This service shall include but not be limited to heating, air-conditioning, humidifiers,
<br />air cleaners, filters, thermostats, temperature problems, tanks,. ventilators, compressors, boilers,
<br />furnaces, duct work, vents, regulators, air handling units, fans, heat pumps, cooling towers, window
<br />NC units, duct collectors.
<br />
<br />(h) Safety - This service shall include but not be limited to, alarm systems, detection systems
<br />(metal or otherwise), monitoring systems, scanning systems, fire doors, fire alarms, panic bars,
<br />sprinkler systems, emergency lights, exit signage, fire extinguishers and any devices or equipment
<br />installed or used by any Party for purposes of insuring safety and security on School Facilities.
<br />
<br />(i) Food Service/Refrigeration - This service shall include but not be limited to, boilers, coolers,
<br />ranges, refrigerators, walk-in coolers, cookers, ovens of any sort (including convection and
<br />microwave), garbage disposal and compaction, fryers, rotisseries, broilers, slicers, batter mixers, all
<br />kitchen appliances of whatever kind or nature, including warmers, chillers, braising pans, stoves, ice
<br />machines. The Child Nutrition Department of the County and the City of Kannapolis shall be invoiced
<br />separately for all parts (but not labor), repaired or replaced by the Department pertaining to this
<br />specific category.
<br />
<br />All of the above maintenance and repair services shall hereafter be collectively referred to as the
<br />"Services. "
