<br />This Section establishes three Manufactured Home Overlay Districts in order to provide <br />flexibility with regard to various manufactured home products: MH-1, MH-2 and MHP. <br /> <br />Section 4-46. Classification of Manufactured Homes and Recreational Vehicles. <br /> <br />The following classification system is hereby adopted for purposes of this Section: <br /> <br />MANUFACTURED HOME - TYPE I. A single-section manufactured home less than 17 feet in <br />width. The width of a manufactured home shall be determined by mean width when all sections <br />are in a final assembly arrangement. <br /> <br />MANUFACTURED HOME - TYPE II. A multi-section manufactured home greater than or equal to <br />17 feet in width. The width of a manufactured home shall be determined by mean width when <br />all sections are in a final assembly arrangement. <br /> <br />RECREATIONAL VEHICLE - A vehicular or portable unit mounted on a chassis and wheels, and <br />which is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters and either has its own motive <br />power or is mounted on, or drawn by, a motor vehicle. Examples are: travel trailers, truck <br />campers, camping trailers, and motor homes. For purposes of measuring length. the trailer <br />hitch and/or trailer tongue shall be excluded. <br /> <br />Section 4-47. MH-1, Manufactured Home Overlay 1. <br /> <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of the MH-1, Manufactured Home Overlay District, is to provide <br />for the principal use of land developed in harmony with the Underlying Zoning District <br />regulations; however, permitting the substitution of a Manufactured Home as a Principal <br />Building provided the specific design and/or installation regulations appearing in Section 4-50, <br />Part 2 herein are met. . <br /> <br />2. Uses Permitted. <br /> <br />Use permitted as of right within the MH-1 Overlay District include: <br /> <br />. All uses permitted in the Underlying Zoning District (see Table of Permitted Uses, <br />Chapter 3, Section 3-8 of this Ordinance). <br />. Manufactured Homes - Type I (permanent installations only) <br />. Manufactured Homes - Type II (permanent installations only) <br /> <br />3. Design Standards. (Refer to Section 4-50, Part 2) <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Section 4-48. MH-2, Manufactured Home Overlay 2. <br /> <br />1. Purpose.
