If the side wall of the house is on the property line, or within three feet of the <br />property line, windows or other openings that allow for visibility into the side yard <br />of the adjacent lot shall not be allowed. Windows that do not allow visibility into <br />the side yard of the adjacent lot, such as clerestory windows or translucent <br />windows, shall be allowed. <br /> <br />C. Special standards for an alley-loaded house. <br /> <br />1. An alley shall be provided to the rear of all alley-loaded houses. All vehicular <br />access shall take place from the alley. No parking shall be permitted in the required <br />front yard. <br /> <br />2. The first floor shall be a minimum of 24 inches <br />above the finished grade. Any house built on <br />a slab foundation shall have a brick, stone or <br />other masomy veneer skirt extending up the <br />face of the slab. <br /> <br />3. Front porch. <br /> <br />a. A front porch minimum of eight feet in <br />depth shall be required over a minimum <br />of 50 percent of the building width along <br />the street front. <br /> <br />b. Special standards for a townhouse. <br /> <br />1. Side yards are not required for interior townhouses, but street and rear yards shall <br />be provided for all townhouses, and building separation requirements shall be <br />maintained for all townhouse structures. <br /> <br />2. All townhouse garages and parking areas shall be located to the rear. <br /> <br />3. The maximum number of units allowed in a single building is eight. <br /> <br />4.
