<br />Section 5-5. Conventional subdivision standards. <br /> <br />A. Applicability. <br /> <br />A conventional subdivision is permitted in the AO, CR and LDR districts. Applicants <br />shall comply with all other provisions of this ordinance and all other applicable laws, <br />except those that are incompatible with the provisions contained herein. <br /> <br />B. Front yard trees. <br /> <br />a. Portions of the required <br />front yard covered by allowed encroachments such as front porches (see <br />section 6-15) shall be deleted from the calculation.
