The Administrator mav require connection to an open space <br />network and/or trails svstem if the proposed development is adiacent to the boundary of an <br />established community public open space as included in the Livable Communities Blueprint for <br />Cabarrus County, which is herebv incorporated bv reference. The open space/trail svstem shall <br />be maintained bv the applicant or subsequent owners provided, however. that the applicant <br />mav request to publiclv dedicate anv trail. <br /> <br />All rcsidcntial dcvelopment consisting of 30 sr msre lots or units, whichever is ~reater, shall <br />provide active recreatisnal areas in the form of miniparks in an amsl:lnt equal to at least .0050 <br />acres (218 sEjl:lare feet) !'lcr !'lerson per unit. Provide finish grading and turf establishment for all disturbed areas and <br />provide landscaping. <br /> <br />b. Complete, construct, and pave walkways which may be required as a trail <br />link connector in accordance with this section. Such walkways may be within or abutting <br />residential street right-of-ways. <br /> <br />c.
