One member of the Kannapolis City Council <br />b. One member of the Concord City Council <br />c. One member of the China Grove Town Council <br />d. Once member of the Landis Board of Aldennen <br />e. One member of the Town of Harrisburg Town Council <br />f. One member of the Cabarrus County Commissioners <br />g. One member of the Rowan County Commissioners <br />h. One member of the Town of Spencer Board of Aldermen <br />1. One member of the Town of Cleveland Town Council <br />J. One member of the Town of Granite Quarry Board of Aldennen <br />k. One member of the Town of Rockwell Board of Aldermen <br />1. One member of the City of Salisbury City Council <br />m. One member of the Town of Mount Pleasant Board of Aldermen <br />n. One member of the Town of Midland Town Council <br />o. One member of the Town of Faith Board of Alderman <br />p. Two members ofthe North Carolina Board of Transportation <br /> <br />In addition, representatives from each of the following bodies will serve as non-voting <br />members: <br /> <br />Concord-Kannapolis Area Transit Commission <br /> <br />Federal Highway Administration <br /> <br />Federal Transit Administration <br /> <br />- Other Local, State, or Federal agencies impacting transportation in the Planning Area at <br />the invitation of the TAC. <br /> <br />7. A member of any local elected board may serve as a representative or alternate to the TAC. <br />It shall be the responsibility of each member jurisdiction to appoint both a representative and <br />an alternate to the TAC. <br /> <br />8. A quorum of the TAC shall consist of the majority of voting members. Any member who <br />does not attend two consecutive TAC meetings will not be included as part of the <br />membership needed to obtain a quorum after the second meeting. Membership, however, is <br />immediately reinstated by the presence of the most recently appointed member (or his <br />alternate) at any future meeting. A quorum is constituted by a majority of the standing <br />members excluding those who have been removed for absenteeism, and applies to regular <br />membership. <br /> <br />F-~td <br />
