Od I is currently providing <br />recreational activities to over 300 kids from Qd 11, Weddington, Cox Mill, <br />and Northwest Middle Schools in soccer, baske ball, baseball, softball, and <br />for the first time this fall, Pop Warner football. <br /> <br />Though the t8cilitiesare old, we and the paren have continued to re-invest <br />in the programs, make our mission statement: " ere kids come first". <br /> <br /> <br />. s Road will be lost once <br />be replace with one <br />the additon of Moss Creek, <br /> <br />Our current four fields and the baseball field at <br />the current Odell school site is closed and sold, <br />multi-purpose/baseball field at the new site. Wi <br />Cabarrus Crossing, and Christenbury developm <br /> <br />Where will the kids play? <br /> <br />Physical fitness and weight being an issue with . ds today, don't we have an <br />obligation to provide structured recreation for em? <br /> <br />I trust that the county will .. put kids first" by ding land in this area to <br />develop a park for them. and for future generati ns. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />~.
