Goveming Law: This Lease shall be governed by, constructed, and enforced in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. <br /> <br />26. Grammatical Use: In constructing this Lease, feminine or neuter pronouns <br />shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa and plural terms shall be <br />substituted for singular and singular of plural in any place in which the context so <br />requires. <br /> <br />27. Rent payment and Notices: All rent payments, notices, requests and demands <br />by Lessee shall be sent tp Cabarrus County, Attention: Jolm D.
