<br />4. Plat Scanning and Retrieval: Logan Systems will continue to scan <br />all oversized (larger than 1111 x 1411) plats filed in the RODls <br />office. <br />5. Image and Public Retrieval: Logan Systems will provide public <br />retrieval units that combine indexing and image retrieval. These <br />units will be able to retrieve all digitized land instruments and <br />all digitized plats, printing each on legal size paper. <br />6. Compact Book printing: Logan Systems understands that the ROD will <br />continue to print out paper compact books as the official record in <br />the ROD's vault. LSI will provide software to format the double <br />sided print for compact books. In addition, LSI will provide <br />compact books for the printing. <br />7. Remote Access: Logan Systems will provide remote access service <br />consistent with the current service provided. Logan Systems will <br />continue to pay for the DSL line that hosts the service, with the <br />County reimbursing Logan Systems for that cost which is currently <br />approximately $229.00. <br />8. Disaster Recovery and Long Term Data Management: As part of its <br />professional services, Logan Systems maintains back ups of all <br />indexing and imaging data. With this data, Logan Systems serves as <br />the disaster recovery vendor for these records. Logan Systems will <br />continue to provide back-up support for all data entered into the <br />Internet and Intranet servers at the ROD Office. <br /> <br />IV. Costs for Services <br /> <br />Provided funds continue to be appropriated by the County for the above purposes, <br />the County agrees to pay Logan Systems as follows: <br /> <br />1. Package Price: Logan Systems will provide the indexing, automated <br />indexing, scanning of land records, index and image retrieval, <br />compact book printing, compact books, disaster recovery, data <br />management, and remote access services for $4.05 per land record <br />instrument filed. Billing will occur monthly. <br />2. Plats: The fee for plat scanning will be $6.00 per plat for the <br />term of the contract. <br />3.
